I had an appointment for 1:20pm and was there 15 minutes early. When everyone came back for lunch I was not taken 1st. The guy with the cool Mustang was talked to 1st. When they finally got to me a voiced my opinion and my van was taken in quickly. It took about 1.5 hours to do my 15,000 mile service. When I drove to my next appointment I noticed that the rear wiper had been damaged by the car wash and I had to take another hour of my day to come back to have it fixed. Initially the mechanic did not want to fix without a work order from management. Another thing to be disappointed about. When I left this review on their website someone reached out to me and asked that I call back and speak with the GM. I did call back and he was in a meeting and I was told that he would call me back. It has been a few days and no call back. Another thing top be disappointed about. I'll have to rethink using AutoNation Ford Tustin for my next service. More

I am surprised with a dealer as large as AutoNation, that the part I needed was not in stock. A smaller dealership closer to my house had it in stock but I was forced to use AutoNation because of the extended warranty they sold me. Lesson learned DO NOT purchase a warranty from AutoNation. Dropped my car off on a Saturday morning only to be told it wouldn't be looked at until Monday. Why allow appointments to be made if no one is available to work on them. Monday, I get a call that a part has to be ordered and won't be there until Tuesday. Without a vehicle for most of the weekend and into the beginning of the week is unacceptable. More
Service is getting worse. Scheduled on line, listed the things I needed done, emphasized them when I dropped off the car and to my surprise not all were completed. They removed the nuts that hold the bottom guard on the car on last my visit on never put the 4 nuts back. I found the bottom plastic guard hanging from beneath the car. So I put tie wraps on to keep it up and requested they correct this issue. I was the last appointment for the day, so when I got my car I noticed they still did not put the nuts back on and is only being held up with the plastic ties. Definitely thinking it time to look elsewhere. They lack attention to detail since they took the nuts off, did not put them back on and then did not replace the 4 missing nuts when requested for the service. More

The service is always great. I have been working with Bob for many years and his attention to customer satisfaction is beyond the normal.
