I bought the lease from this dealer and was happy with outcome until I tried to use the service department. No return calls after calling twice a day for 5 days twice a day. Even asked to speak to the service manager and he wasn't available nor return my call as promised every phone call. I am forced to use this service location as I bought the AutoNation warranty. Bit of a line to drop off the truck for my appointment, but they took care of me and even ordered me a Lyft to my next destination. Picking up seemed a little unorganized as you do not go inside and pay like you do at most dealers. You are instructed to go back outside to whoever wrote up your vehicle. I waited outside the walk up cubicle/sliding door for about 10 minutes before someone noticed me and paged the guy to come. other than that they did a fantastic job and did the service in a timely manner.
