Horrible business practices, and not of their word. Never received call back from the service manager, thinking I wanted only a refund, I want to know how his advisor and tech came to the conclusion that my vehicle needed a new transmission without any diagnostic work performed. I'll take the no call back from the manager that they just stole my money for information I gave them. Horrible business practices and not customer service oriented. More
