I set up,the appointment the day before, but was told that I would have a two to two-and-a-half hour wait when I arrived on time. I am not sure why I was given that appointment time. There seems to be a large turnover of service representatives. I never get the same one twice. I had to bring my car in a second time because I was not told when I made the appointment that they representatives. I never get the same one twice. I had to bring my car in a second time because I was not told when I made the appointment that they would need my car for 2-3 days so they could diagnose the problem with the broken part under warranty. The service representatives I dealt with were pleasant and courteous and they were able to get the part replaced. I always appreciate the car wash that goes along with the service. More
