Hi, my car has been there for a one month already. At the beginning the adviser told me it was one piece covered by guarante, but the part wasn't there. Later he said he recommends a tune up, and later the beginning the adviser told me it was one piece covered by guarante, but the part wasn't there. Later he said he recommends a tune up, and later he said needs a coil, i said okay. go ahead and do it. even one month before I did that service. He told me that I can drive the car without the part that was missing, so i trusted him, I really needed the car, so went to pick it up. My car had a noise and no coolant, they offered me to put water instead. So I didn't want to drive my car like that. I called yesterday to talk to the manager. but he doesn't have any time to respond to me. The adviser just called and keeps saying he doesn't know when the part is going to be there!! I paid already for the other services. how long is going to take?? More
