Hello - I am rating a 3 because of the delay and condition of car upon return. 1. Had an appointment and arrived early. 2. 10K mile check-up and just finished a trip 3. Told 60" to 90" to whic condition of car upon return. 1. Had an appointment and arrived early. 2. 10K mile check-up and just finished a trip 3. Told 60" to 90" to which I indicated I had a Healthcare appt @ 10:30 4. No updates, communication during this time 5. at the 2' mark (from when I arrived) I sought out the service personnel 5. 10:00 had to find out status 6. 10:10 brought car around The car was not ready for me to drive: plastic, paper coverings still in place AND no wash! I received no check-out paperwork at all. I am still wondering what was done to my car. I am rating it as a 3 and still recommending because I am hopeful this was a "fluke". Please provide follow-up. my thanks Shelley More
3 Hours for an oil change... No advanced warning that the service department was so busy that it was going to take a while, and no concern for apologizing for it when questioned. Bob Selff is always polite and professional when ever I bring my Ford in for service. He does a great job in communicating the cost and lets me know when my car is ready for pick up. Fast service. Christian was super friendly and helpful. Came in for a recall and broken windshield. It was all done in about 24 hours. Also xxxx off a low tire pressure light at no charge. Took my Ford in on July 6th. after failing inspection with multi point errors, engine light on, and needed oil change light on. On July 23 I got my car back with engine light and oil needed change still with multi point errors, engine light on, and needed oil change light on. On July 23 I got my car back with engine light and oil needed change still on. A new wire harness was in stalled and was told a PCM part was on back order. Still waiting for the PCM part.
