I have been working with AutoNation Westlake for almost two decades now and they have consistently delivered outstanding sales and service. If Ashley says it, I know that it is true. The same is true with Danielle. Joe works in the service department and many times he shuttles me where I need to go. Joe is always enjoyable to be around and is an asset to the dealership. They can't be beat. Right now, one of my cars is in the body shop where Zak is handling the body work and his service has been exemplary. Zak always keeps me informed and there are never any misunderstandings. Matt has worked with me before and he is honest and always backs up what he says. Usually the last stop is the cashier's, where more goes on than collecting money. Marin, Daisy and Karen provide pleasant and courteous service which makes returning a pleasure. Further, if you need a loaner vehicle, Marin handles this service and makes sure that everything thing is right with your temporary ride. When I go to the cashier's I can say that I have never seen a frown and that is a pleasure. I really don't know how much more that I could say. AutoNation Ford turned me from a GM man to a Ford man and I will always do my business at this dealership this is thirty-five miles from my home because they are so good. This dealership is an absolute nightmare. Decided to make a purchase with them on an available vehicle. Fast forward after I got ahold of someone else who was halfway competent dealing with customers who frankly did a pretty good job considering he was trying to orchestrate the deal from home the following day from my inquiry with a seemingly incompetent desk manager who couldn't, or wouldn't get me numbers for nearly 6 hours of me asking repeatedly only for him to tell me that they now have someone on their showroom looking to buy it. 24 hours straight of practically begging to buy a car all to be totally ignored and passed over. I've actually done a little bit with AutoNation stores considering I live nearly 2 hours away from the nearest one, but now I'll never be back to any of them. More
