I had an excellent experience at AutoNation Ford in Westlake. Michael Williams, my salesperson, was patient, knowledgeable, and truly professional. Jeff, the manager, greeted me personally and demonstrated the same level of professionalism and courtesy. Frankie in finance was also extremely helpful and made the process smooth and stress-free. I had shopped around at several dealerships, but the customer service at AutoNation stood out above the rest. They made me feel valued as a customer, not just a sale. That level of respect and genuine care is what brought me back and ultimately earned my business. I truly appreciate how well I was treated and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience. More

The police will take your money and if you have any issues or problems, they will not lift a finger to help you at all buyer. Beware do not buy anything from this place. The managers will not help you. They will get aggressive with you and make you feel like you’re a victim and gaslight you if you expect them to call you back if they say they will that is their go to to get rid of you you will call. They will say they’ll call you back. They never will. Good luck with this place. Stay away like I said absolutely horrible horrible experience. More
