Bob Walker made my purchase experience pleasant from start to finish. He was very helpful initially helping me choose a truck. I had a less typical situation with a lease ending through a different aut start to finish. He was very helpful initially helping me choose a truck. I had a less typical situation with a lease ending through a different auto manufacturer and he explored different options which would allow me to buy my new Ford truck most easily. I didn't feel pushed or rushed in my decision as typically has been the case with my car buying experiences of the past. I appreciated most though that he maintained interest and care until the entire process was completed. Other times I've purchased a car elsewhere, there was a noticeable change in the demeanor of the salesperson once the deal has been agreed upon and papers have been signed. Bob continued to be engaging and helped me set up appointments for a few aftermarket items I needed. He has also continued to follow up with me several times in the week following to be sure everything is going well. More
