I know if there was a problem, I can always talk to the Service Manager or go directly to Dean (General Manager) as he is always interested in having satisfied customers that are buying a new or used car or just getting service. They need to hire more techs. I had to wait over 3 weeks to get in for an oil change. Way to long to wait. Plus they are disorganized because they don't have a service manager. I made an appt for a recall on my Ford F-150 4 weeks ago. I get there on time drop the truck off go home to wait a few hours. Wasted a vacation day along with my wife using one to take me and pick up. Autonation ford said it is fords fault and we should take it up with them. Really????? Are they Ford?? 2013 Ford Focus 55k miles has transmission problems and dealership says it is not covered. I agree to pay $2,500 to repair, they call me back and say it’s covered. 3 months later car is ready and I owe $2, dealership says it is not covered.
