I love AutoNation Ford Westlake. ! They have always taken great care of my car. They have great customer service too. I have a 2011 Ford Fusion , and I only take my car to AutoNation ! The service department failed to contact me in any way when the part needed, and ordered by this service department, arrived but then sent back. Also, apparently, there was no easily available record as when the part needed, and ordered by this service department, arrived but then sent back. Also, apparently, there was no easily available record as to me bringing my car in for diagnosis in January which led to the part being ordered in the first place. So, I had to bring my car back in for a re-assessment and it’s been two weeks and I have yet to receive any follow up contact -again. Ugh. More

Routine maintenance on a car I'd like to keep for a while. They did a nice job, and the car was ready faster than I expected. The shuttle service prevented me from having to sit and wait at the dealers while. They did a nice job, and the car was ready faster than I expected.
