AutoNation Ford Wolfchase

Worst vehicle purchase ever. I blame the deal on my own stupidity. The other part was they put a pay off for my trade in on purchase agreement, I told them it was not correct bec I blame the deal on my own stupidity. The other part was they put a pay off for my trade in on purchase agreement, I told them it was not correct because I had made a payment the day before. Was told by sales manager ford would reimburse any over payment. They waited 12 days before paying it off making it less than what was on purchase agreement. A difference of $512.0 dollars. I have made about 20 phone calls with out anyone answering or calling me back. After two in person visits was told they are waiting on the trade in title. It’s been 60 days since Ford customer service said they had sent it. Through text messages was told still no title. So no refund. I guess I won’t be making any more purchases from AutoNation Ford.
