We were in Memphis visiting family and on the day of our departure noticed our F-150 truck was leaking coolant. We made an appointment for 0730 the following day (Monday) for repairs. When we arrived for our appointment, Laura Fisher, the assistant Service Manager, met with us and started the process of having the truck repaired. She explained everything to us, to include the mechanic's findings, a video of our engine and what needed to be done, what the estimated cost would be and a reasonable timeline as to when the truck would be ready for pick up. Once the repairs were made, we returned to the dealership and Laura explained everything the mechanic did and the costs, which were spot on with her. Initial estimate. Laura and everyone else were professional and courteous, which was greatly appreciated since we were over 900 miles away from home. Thank you, Laura and thank you, Auto Nation Ford.
