It was an oil change. Took 3 1/2 hours and had an appointment. Made a mess on the underside of engine area. Oil dripping off of oil pan, a/c compressor and frame. Oil dripping not from engine leaks but from sloppy workmanship. Car only has 40k on it. Did not use Ford OEM filter or oil. Bill had to be adjusted to the coupon that Autonation sent me and I showed to the service writer. Will not use Autonation again for an oil change. Will go back to Landers Quick Lane for now on. More
