I always get great service in person but always have a problem with being updated about when I can pick up my car or at least an estimated time so I can prepare to pick it up. About to pay my 3rd $940 monthly car payment and then insurance on an Expedition I can’t drive because Ford has had it in the shop for so long. They have called MULTIPLE times to tell us the different things they’ve tried to fix it haven’t worked so they continue to try different things. What kind of mechanics do they have there where it’s just trial and error?!! We asked them to just buy it back from us since they email all the time saying they want to do that anyway. They gave us an offer and then rescinded saying the car isn’t safe to drive - but at the same time said we could come pick it up and drive it while they waited for more parts?!!! So it isn’t safe enough for Ford to drive but they’re happy to have us come drive it?!! Please do not purchase a Ford or use this dealership for repairs. This is insane and has no end in sight. More
Went in for oil change which went well and rotation of tites.. However, upon returning home there was a note that a tire(s) needed replacing. No one even mentioned at the time of service.
