I made a 7 AM appointment on line. The car needed a new tire, with balance. It wasn't done until after 3 PM. I was told that if I was waiting on the car, at the dealership, it wouldn't have been any faster. If you can't fix my tire until 3 PM, then don't have open appointments until that time. Other dealerships have a Quick Lane service which expedite tire changes, oil changes, etc. I was visiting from out of town so, I was having to rely on others to transport me to the dealership since you didn't have a driver to pick me up from my hotel. I took my truck in for a recall with instrument panel and when I got it back it had the same instrument panel installed not a different one . Asked why it wasn't how it was supposed to be and the guy doesn't when I got it back it had the same instrument panel installed not a different one .
