I had a factory recall that they attempted to fix by reprogramming but it did not work. I set an appointment to have it checked again and was told they would have to keep my car all day in order to prop reprogramming but it did not work. I set an appointment to have it checked again and was told they would have to keep my car all day in order to properly diagnose. Upon arrival I was greeted with an attitude and rudely told to leave the car for 3-4 weeks and they'd let me know when they had a chance to check my car because there were 3 or 4 cars ahead of me and only 1 technician. I even asked if I could just bring my truck back when thry were ready and was told no. I said that I lived 7 minutes away and could bring it whenever they called and was again told no it doesnt work like that. The service writer was so rude and disrespectful that I just left before it got ugly. I ended up calling Ford Motor and they called the dealership to find out what was going on. The dealership told the representative from Ford Motor that I had set an appointment for an oil change but demanded they fix my recall. After determining that they were lying and going through several people, Ford Motors had them agree to 3 days to diagnose. They were even rude to the representative from Ford Motor and she informed me that I should take my SUV back and ask for the assistant manager. After 2 days I was informed that I needed my Cam Phasers replaced rather than reprogrammed (covered under recall) and gasket covers replaced (covered under Power Train). The assistant manager said that all parts were in stock except 1 and the other part was ordered express so it shouldn't be long. After 3 weeks with no communication including several calls to the assistant manager and no call backs, I called and asked for her manager. He called back and said that the part had just arrived and it would be about 3-4 days. In another week after no communication I called back but he wasn't there. I literally had to tell the receptionist that I was going to come up there if no one called me back. Finally I was called by the assistant and she informed me that the manager lied and my part had in fact not arrived. Then she called again and said that he wasn't lying and the part had come in but now the parts that were in stock initially were now out of stock. Long story short with little to no communication they kept my vehicle nearly 3 months. And after I was told that it was ready I was also told that it needed another $900 worth of work that was not covered. They waited until it was time to pick my car up to inform me that it need more work. I ended up getting a rental in this process which was also a disaster. When I went to return the rental they were closed causing me to have to keep it for 2 additional days since it was the weekend. I contacted the dealership and they said it was no problem. However, when I returned the rental they had already closed my ticket out and expected me to cover the 2 extra days. Lets keep in mind that the rental company closed because I was informed after business hours that my car was ready. I had to ask the dealership to cover the 2 extra days per the rental company's request. And was given attitude but after asking the cashier to speak to either of the managers I had been in communication with or lack there of they reluctantly agreed to cover the cost. I have never been so dissatisfied with service in my life. I would not recommend Ford Auto Nation Wolfchase to my enemy and will NEVER return. Funny thing is I was going to upgrade my SUV and my husband's pickup with them but NEVER! If I could have given them less than 1 star I would have. More

Was working a deal with them on a car. I asked on the day I inquired about the car if I needed to send money to hold the vehicle, and was told that so long as we were working the deal the I asked on the day I inquired about the car if I needed to send money to hold the vehicle, and was told that so long as we were working the deal the car wouldn’t go anywhere. The next day I sent in an approval letter from my bank. The following day as I was getting out of my vehicle at the bank to pick up my cashiers check, I received a phone call stating that the car had been sold out from under me. I’m just glad that I hadn’t already started on my 9 hour trip to travel and get the car. Very unimpressed with a dealer that doesn’t know when multiple deals are happening on the same car. Or maybe they did know and were just stringing two buyers along and didn’t care that one would get screwed over. More
