I called about getting the software recall done on my F150 and the advisor said I could have it done while waiting. I was able to go there the next day and it was done in 30 minutes. Every other dealersh F150 and the advisor said I could have it done while waiting. I was able to go there the next day and it was done in 30 minutes. Every other dealership I tried to deal with wanted me to drop it off for the day and needed several days notice to get to it. More
