Brittney was the advisor and kept me informed- I reached out to her by email and she replied and called with final diagnosis and cost of fox for f250 6.7. They corrected my problem- same day- water pump (primary) and recall service for def heater. The only problem I encountered was the overnight drop, I inquired about- they do have one but you have to park at the closed and locked service gate which Is parallel to the street and is small so, really one cannot park there. A good experience. More

I have always trusted them to do good work. It is not the place to sell a car I found out over a year ago. For My Grand Marquis that looks new and everything works on it, they offered me $500.! The service was great. Gary worked hard to get my car in for a oil changes and check out my A/C. He squeezed me in and got me back up and running. Only issue was during the tire rotation they did not check the tire pressure and my car was pulling to the right and the my tire light came on. Once I stopped and filled it up it was fine I just thought they should have checked that at the time of rotation. More
