The salesman is a nice young man and very laid-back. If he improves his follow-up skills, he will be a fantastic salesman. I think he is new and doesn't know to check on issues. The finance manager mentioned that he had two customers waiting behind us and that made us feel a bit rushed, particularly since he was offering additional warranties to buy. I didn't want to process to take a long time, either, but customers need time to decide on additional warranties. There was a problem with the moonroof that was supposed to have been repaired by the Wolfchase location, but it wasn't and it is still an issue. As far as I know, the part still isn't in. My tags are not in, either. I have to follow up with my salesman; he does not give me updates. All in all, my experience was fine with the exception of the issue listed above. More
