I live in NE Tennessee but always have my car serviced at AutoNation Wolfchase because everyone is so friendly, the service is great, and they don't try to sell you services you don't need. I also talked to AutoNation Wolfchase because everyone is so friendly, the service is great, and they don't try to sell you services you don't need. I responded to a recall notice regarding door lock actuators on my 2016 F150, because my driver's side door would freeze up when the temperature went below freezing. I arrived at my appointed date and actuators on my 2016 F150, because my driver's side door would freeze up when the temperature went below freezing. I arrived at my appointed date and time and met with Gary, my service department representative. Gary informed me that the work could not be completed that day, and I would need to leave the truck with them overnight. He assured me the work would be completed the following day. He called me before noon the following day and informed me the truck was ready for pick up. Since that time, the outside temperature has dipped below freezing. The good news is the driver's side door no longer freezes up, allowing me normal access to the truck. I am very pleased with the overall experience in dealing with AutoNation Ford Lincoln Wolfchase! More
