I responded to a recall notice regarding door lock actuators on my 2016 F150, because my driver's side door would freeze up when the temperature went below freezing. I arrived at my appointed date and time and met with Gary, my service department representative. Gary informed me that the work could not be completed that day, and I would need to leave the truck with them overnight. He assured me the work would be completed the following day. He called me before noon the following day and informed me the truck was ready for pick up. Since that time, the outside temperature has dipped below freezing. The good news is the driver's side door no longer freezes up, allowing me normal access to the truck. I am very pleased with the overall experience in dealing with AutoNation Ford Lincoln Wolfchase! More

I had a recall issue, which I tried to get repaired for almost a year. The first time, I left the truck with them for almost 2 weeks (with an appointment) and they misdiagnosed the problem. The second time almost a year. The first time, I left the truck with them for almost 2 weeks (with an appointment) and they misdiagnosed the problem. The second time, I made an appointment 5 months in advance. This time the issues were properly diagnosed, but it took almost 3 weeks to get my vehicle back. I think if you make someone wait 5 months for an appointment, you should not make them wait 3 weeks to finish the repair. If you do, you should provide a loaner car, especially since this is a Ford recall issue. More
