I had a good experience. I brought my 2021 Ford Bronco for a oil change and tire rotation. I worked with the Assistant Service Manager, Mr. Lee Gault. Mr. Gault was so nice and always willing to answer for a oil change and tire rotation. I worked with the Assistant Service Manager, Mr. Lee Gault. Mr. Gault was so nice and always willing to answer any questions or concerns. They were very professional from the booking of the appointment, to check in, service completed, and check out! They gave me helpful information on my vehicle for future services. I would definitely use Autonation Ford Wolfchase again. More

Provides good work but need to explain more to the car owner. Spent $1800 with no one explaining what all was done for the 150,000 mile check-up. I too think Barbara is very good, likeable, excellent representative of your company. I had nearly $2000 maintenance done on F-150. I dropped it off and picked it up at night. I went 3 times to fix recalls and they did not fix anything because after a pick up the truck the document says they did not do it because did not have parts???????? 3 times in one year????
