My truck was 5,000 miles out of warranty and my engine light came on. The manager of the service department (Nick) and our dealer who has sold us every Ford we’ve owned (Mr. Tommy) assisted us with filing light came on. Took Explorer in for recalls. And they didn’t do anything. Didn’t fix any of the recalls, they said that all the recalls had expired.
