I made appointment with my usual service writer, Barbara Myers, but when I got there she was off. No one told me and they just gave me to someone else. I paid for two packages when I bought the 2014 Lincoln and it should run through 2024, but the writer said I had to pay for my oil change and tire rotation, of course they should have checked the air filters inside and out, but they didn't. I am very upset with this kind of service and if indeed my contract is being ended, which I don't agree with, then I will give my service to someone else besides Ford. More

I have worked with the service advisor Lee & he was outstanding! I feel he goes above & beyond to make sure customer are dealt with in a professional’ timely manner & he goes out of his way to make you outstanding!
