I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, but I understand it was because of Auto Nation being short staffed. I wasn't told about the delay, so the lady who helped me took something off the bill. I loved buying my latest new vehicle from AutoNation 104 and Jonathan Bougeno. They had the car I wanted and sold it to me at the price I was willing to pay with no games! Most dealers make this process s and Jonathan Bougeno. They had the car I wanted and sold it to me at the price I was willing to pay with no games! Most dealers make this process so painful but not Jonathan. I was straight with him and he was straight with me and it was the easiest transaction I’ve ever had even though I’m in a suburb of Houston, TX and they are in Denver, CO. None of my local Honda dealers would make any effort to deal straight, just games, games, and more games, and in the end I couldn’t even order a vehicle! I had to search state after state for the vehicle I wanted and then hope the dealer would be fair. I’m so glad I found Jonathan at AutoNation 104! More
