I did speak to the GM Jeff We did not agree at all. He stated that does not see a problem with this and this is just what happens sometimes. I had no priority having a appointment or showing up. I will no longer service my 2 vehicles at this dealership. After my conversation with him he made it clear its all about sales and money.. NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE
