All the employees that I have encountered are very friendly and provide quality customer service. One thing missing is there is not a courtesy shuttle which makes it difficult to to make appointments friendly and provide quality customer service. Only disappointment was the car not having auto start (apparently comes standard in model up from mine) but other than that, everything was great! Salesman Justin was attentive and I think my husband mad (apparently comes standard in model up from mine) but other than that, everything was great!
