I had to have a repair of a part that broke while I was driving. It took three weeks to get an appointment and when I pulled into the service bay they asked if I had ordered the part. I think it might have been due to the line to review financing since we were there on Black Friday, but it was a longer than I would have thought it would take to complete this process. More
