I had to have a repair of a part that broke while I was driving. It took three weeks to get an appointment and when I pulled into the service bay they asked if I had ordered the part. This team needs to work on: Communication- No proactive communication regarding status of the repair. I had to contact each time. I worked with Leo Baquerizo in selecting a car and he was excellent. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and provided me with options to help me come to my own conclusion on what would work best for excellent. This is my second car I have purchased at this dealership and the experience with the selection process was great! The only item that was unexpected was that it took a lot longer than I would have expected from when we walked in the door at 10:30am to me driving my new car off of the lot at around 5:30pm. I think it might have been due to the line to review financing since we were there on Black Friday, but it was a longer than I would have thought it would take to complete this process. More
My service advisor was great. He came out to teh car to make sure all the work had been completed, sine they were short, the day before Thanksgiving.
