They flat out lie and way way overcharged. My car had a hard time starting the other day so I took it to Honda. I was told it would be $5000 which I almost spent. I got my car back before they could start working on it and took it to a guy my friend uses who also has good ratings on multiple sites. My car needs six general upkeep maintenance things done to it including a new battery which Honda said I didn’t need. The owner drove my car and said I have a good car. He is charging me $1020 including tax. He is saving me $4000 over Honda. Honda works off commission so they lie to make more money. The guy I took it to pays his guys hourly More

Trying to schedule a service appointment via phone was very difficult and frustrating. I got cut off twice but never got a call back so had to do the whole process again.
