One of the biggest issues is the lack of communication with the service advisor. She was provided with a number to call to reach my wife because I was working. She still called my number and my wife never with the service advisor. She was provided with a number to call to reach my wife because I was working. She still called my number and my wife never received the call. My wife had to try and get ahold of the service advisor for a promised update. When she did get ahold of the service advisor, the service advisor claimed that she called the number provided, yet, when I got off work, I had a message from her. In addition, the service advisor called me two days later to update me on the vehicle, and she left me a message because I was unavailable. When I returned the call no more than 30 minutes after she left a message, I left a message for her to please call me back. She never returned my call, and the service department held the vehicle for 2 more days waiting for a part. When the part came in, the technician was unable to find the part (delaying the wait time another day). When I finally picked up the vehicle, the technician had left the spare key to the vehicle on his desk. The service provider I worked with that day spent 20 minutes looking for my second key because no notation had been made as to where it was. All in all the service department had the vehicle for 6 days due to miscommunication with the technician and with me. More

The service manager is the best the service writer that I deal with was very good appointment was on time and car service well. I did ask for a tire rotation as I get a tire rotation on every single oil cha deal with was very good appointment was on time and car service well. I believe I did not need a tire rotation because I always rotate my tires that's why they're in such good shape other than that everything was excellent. More

We listed our vehicle as a private party sale on FB Marketplace and was contacted by this location's sales associate on his personal FB (Justin). He initiated conversation by giving us an offer as if he were buying it, then poorly explaining his affiliation with this dealership. We were told that it would take 15-20 minutes to evaluate and close the deal, so we made the drive to "meet" him (very much out of our way). We were there for 4 hours, were offered way under the asking price AND Justin's initial offer (a very unethical bait and switch tactic). Once we settled on a number and came to a FINAL agreement and even signed papers to issue the check, Justin started to backpedal, saying Auto Nation was giving some push back but all was well, he assured. Told us we should head home since we had a sick kid and we could pick up our check the next day. We didn't hear ANYTHING, so I contacted the GM, left a message with no response. We get a text later from Justin, telling us they could only offer us HALF of the agreed upon amount (1/3 of what KBB values) that we signed for. In text. No phone call from the GM. No phone call from Justin. I'm not sure how this business can operate like this and will be checking in with the Better Business Bureau. We will never be returning and will inform everyone we know to take their business to a more reputable and professional company. Note to the staff: if you're going to try and scalp vehicles off FB, be upfront with who you are and who you are afilliated with, that you can't guarantee any offer that you make until it's approved by Auto Nation, that your offer will be estimated as a trade-in and not a private party sale, and that the process could take upwards of 4 hours. Honestly could get this company a lot further than a message of, "bro this is legit, I swear" like we received, with the runaround and overall lack of care to communicate what the heck is going on.
