I made an appt for a recall repair. I was specific as to what the recall was for to make sure the required part was available. Received several reminders of the appt. Showed up prepared I was specific as to what the recall was for to make sure the required part was available. Received several reminders of the appt. Showed up prepared to wait 3 hours for the repair to be completed. A few minutes later I was told the part was not available, I would be notified when the part came in and I was told the wait time would be bumped to 4.5-5 hours when I returned. By the way, the recall notice says the repair should only take about 1.5 hours. That was 9/24/25. Still haven't heard anything (10/20/25). I had a similar experience with an airbag recall a few years ago. Recalls are issued for good reasons. My take on this dealership's lax attitude towards completing recall repairs is that they don't mind being sued if an accident occurs before the repair is done. When I bought my current Honda, I stopped going to this dealership for general maintenance because my prior experiences were so bad. I am only returning now because the repair is a recall issue. I generally like Honda vehicles, but this dealership seems to rest on their vehicle's laurels rather than offering true customer-oriented service. More

Had service appt time that was not honored. Why allow folks to schedule appointments when you have to wait at the "end of the line"? I did not have this happen with them at past appts.
