Unfortunately the customer service was terrible upon picking up the vehicle, I approached three different people for help trying to get the key and close out the ticket. The girl behind the payment desk didn't want anything to do with me. The vehicle was outside ready to go! I was told only one person could help who was backed up with multiple people standing in line. They never once acknowledged me or asked for any backup. Very disappointed in customer service. No one wanted to try to help and didn't seem to care. A little kindness or a smile can go a long way. More
