My service experience was pleasant. It included an oil change and engine filter change. My appointment was easily made online and I was taken on time. Service Rep was very friendly and helpful but work was below expectations. After oil change the indicator still showed it was low. After bringing the vehicle home and started the next days, the engine sym below expectations. After oil change the indicator still showed it was low. Cody was very professional, communicated well and took care of the issues I brought my car in for, except for one. Unfortunately the customer service was terrible upon picking up the vehicle, I approached three different people for help trying to get the key and close out the ticket. The girl behind the payment des picking up the vehicle, I approached three different people for help trying to get the key and close out the ticket. The girl behind the payment desk didn't want anything to do with me. The vehicle was outside ready to go! I was told only one person could help who was backed up with multiple people standing in line. They never once acknowledged me or asked for any backup. Very disappointed in customer service. No one wanted to try to help and didn't seem to care. A little kindness or a smile can go a long way. More
