Personnel who were on site were very friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue they were facing on my date of service was attendance. I had a 7AM appointment and because of one person who was appa knowledgeable. The only issue they were facing on my date of service was attendance. I had a 7AM appointment and because of one person who was apparently a no show - and a car that was blocking one of the service bays - I got in later than expected and behind others who had later appointments. It was no big deal for me and I appreciated that the team that was on site had to manage through some challenges at the beginning of a Saturday.... More

2nd visit- Car was still rattling/vibrating under the hood. They told me that once the torque rod and engine side mount was replaced, it would solve the issue. After replacing everything, I’ve spent over $1400 in repairs and my car is still rattling/vibrating under the hood. I can’t afford to take it back and let them keep it for a week like the last two times, I have a job. I’m done. More
