AutoNation Honda 385 - Service Center

2nd visit- Car was still rattling/vibrating under the hood. They told me that once the torque rod and engine side mount was replaced, it would solve the issue. They replaced the torque rod and I ordered hood. They told me that once the torque rod and engine side mount was replaced, it would solve the issue. They replaced the torque rod and I ordered the engine side mount and got it replaced. After replacing everything, I’ve spent over $1400 in repairs and my car is still rattling/vibrating under the hood. I can’t afford to take it back and let them keep it for a week like the last two times, I have a job. I’m done. More

Personnel who were on site were very friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue they were facing on my date of service was attendance. I had a 7AM appointment and because of one person who was appa knowledgeable. The only issue they were facing on my date of service was attendance. It was no big deal for me and I appreciated that the team that was on site had to manage through some challenges at the beginning of a Saturday.... More
