I bought my first Honda Odyssey from Dobbs Honda which become Autonation. I now have my fifth Odyssey and this dealership has always done any service needed. The rear view mirror got loose just befo become Autonation. I now have my fifth Odyssey and this dealership has always done any service needed. The rear view mirror got loose just before my 10,000 mile inspection. The technician tightened the nut (obviously) and the first time I adjusted the mirror, it flopped loose again. I would have tightened the nut myself but I didn't know how to get the cover off. Afraid to break a flange or something. The recent service was for the 15,000 miles. Big service mileage. When I came in I asked to have the mirror tightened with the other work and was told I had to have another appointment just to have a nut tightened. So I just spent over $650.00 with Autonation and now I have to have an appointment to come back and have one nut tightened. Maybe I am using the wrong Honda dealer. More

I had a flat tire and needed help right away. Thank goodness my tire was under warranty and could be repaired based on the location of the nail.
