I took my 2019 honda crv in twice for the fuel pump recall. Once in Jan. for the recall and taking it back in April when car was not starting sometimes as it should have and stalling when restarting e recall. Once in Jan. for the recall and taking it back in April when car was not starting sometimes as it should have and stalling when restarting especially during hot weather. Each time my waiting time exceeded 6 hours. The car still has the same problem, but I've given up. Don't want to spend another day at the dealership. Will probably trade the car in this year instead. More

Mr. Martin deserves 100 on service that was above and beyond. He was well-mannered, knowledgeable and had the unpleasant task of informing me that my car was not ready but would be the next day.
