This location is very inconsiderate, prejudice, unfair, unorganized and and insensitive to customer input . The managers do not want customers to ask questions concerning issues about the quality of their unorganized and and insensitive to customer input . Instead I was told that all I do is complain about work that wasn't done right and in a timely fashion. This should have never been said to me or anyone. What good is feedback if you are going to use it negatively against a customer. This was said to me by one of the service Managers (Lane Bryson). Additionally, I was charged for 8.3 hours of work, that only took two hours and thirty minutes. It is a sad day for customers at this place. I called back to speak to the service director, (Chase) but no response. More
