I dropped my 2019 Honda Odyssey off at AutoNation Honda 385 AGAIN for repairs to my failing Infotainment system. I have taken it for the same problems several times before, and although they said each time 385 AGAIN for repairs to my failing Infotainment system. I have taken it for the same problems several times before, and although they said each time that it was repaired, it still failed. I dropped by there on the third day, as I was in the vicinity, to check on the status, as I had had no communication from anyone at the dealership. The van was in the side parking lot. When I asked about the status, a general manager told me it was next into the shop. It stayed there 4 full days, and the service department said it was fixed. Within 3 miles of leaving the dealership the Infotainment system started doing its failing thing again! In fact, it is worse than ever - cannot adjust my a/c or use my navigation!! I called the general manager, explained my frustration and told him I would bring it back to them again! Thanks, Ronald Howell More

My experience with Honda was professional and everyone including my Service Advisor (Chris Higgins) displayed great customer service . My wait time for my oil change and tire rotation was minimal and the including my Service Advisor (Chris Higgins) displayed great customer service . My wait time for my oil change and tire rotation was minimal and the print out signified additional services that was past due which I thought was very informative. Thank you Chris! More

Very cooperative employees dealing with my issue. Computer issues when I made my appointment caused the appointment to not be scheduled. But, they honored the appointment time nonetheless.
