We purchased our first new car, a 2007 Honda Pilot EX-L from Bruce Kral. We were totally satisfied with our experience then and our vehicles performance over the past 18 years. Fast forward to now, we decided to purchase either a 2025 Honda Passport Trailsport Elite or 2025 Honda CR-V EX-L and trade-in our 2007 Honda Pilot. Bruce Kral once again went above and beyond to address the following for us: • We already knew what vehicles we wanted to test drive and Bruce facilitated the test drives of these vehicles for each of us. • Provided us with information and features of the vehicles we were interested in. • Facilitated the trade-in of our 2007 Honda Pilot EX-L at a very fair price. • Guided us through negotiating the price, explaining our financing options and initiated the paperwork. • We then met with Trevor in the finance department and he finalized our contract. • Bruce followed up with us the day after our purchase, checking on our satisfaction and let us know he was available if we had any concerns or questions.
