The process was a little drawn out since it took about 3 weeks to negotiate deal. Staff was courteous in sales. The credit department was not as agreeable in that I might have purchased extended coverage weeks to negotiate deal. Staff was courteous in sales. The credit department was not as agreeable in that I might have purchased extended coverages but after over three hours at dealership I wanted to read the fine print and was told it was not something I could take home to read and consider.
