I took my 2015 Honda CR-V in for a serpentine belt replacement at this dealership, following their recommendation. Prior to service, the alternator tested fine with no electrical issues per their own replacement at this dealership, following their recommendation. Prior to service, the alternator tested fine with no electrical issues per their own diagnostics. Within a few days of the belt replacement, the alternator failed due to concentrated damage at the B+ terminal boot — located directly in the service area for the belt. The type of damage present is consistent with the alternator connection being disturbed during the repair. When I brought this up, the service department refused to acknowledge any responsibility, despite the clear timeline: alternator tested good before service, belt replaced, a few days of normal driving, then sudden alternator failure. In fact, they insinuated more than once that I must have loosened the terminal connection. I value honesty and accountability in a service provider, and unfortunately, I did not experience that here. Customers deserve confidence that recommended repairs will be done carefully and that the shop will stand behind their work if problems arise afterward. More

Boris was my salesman. He was AWESOME! I have never dealt with a car salesman that hasn’t been at least a little condescending about a female coming in to buy a car alone.. He was AWESOME! I have never dealt with a car salesman that hasn’t been at least a little condescending about a female coming in to buy a car alone..thinking I don’t know anything about what I want or trying to steer me to a more expensive vehicle. Boris was completely opposite of that! He listened to what I had to say..respected that I had already decided between the two vehicles I asked him to show me..and kept me very informed during the period I had to wait to get my vehicle ready for delivery to me. Boris stayed very transparent about the prices and everything else about the vehicle. He responded to any texts or calls right away and always made me feel like I was his only customer. The whole experience was great. If you are thinking about buying ANY vehicle from Autonation (especially auto Autonation Honda) do yourself a huge favor and go in and ask for Boris! More
