After pleasantries, we discussed GAP insurance, I declined coverage and stated that I would go through my own bank with any extras related to insurance. The finance manager I worked with, Abel Valencia, somehow added a $3900 package to my total. I signed everything electronically, and he slid a paper across the table asking for my signature while we discussed our family dogs. I signed without paying attention, thinking I was in the clear after declining all packages. I take full responsibility for not paying closer attention to what I was signing, as I should have read everything again before signing. After 3 days, I went online to my bank and saw that the loan financed was much higher than what I had originally agreed upon. So, I called right away to get it cleared up. Since their policy is 200 miles or 5 days to make any changes or if you have buyer's remorse, I made it in time to cancel the coverage. Since Abel was off on the day I went in, I was put in the hands of Oscar Hernandez Ramos. After walking back to his office, he made it a point to let me know that the coverage I was returning was the best they had. After I stated that I didn't want it and I would find it elsewhere, he proceeded to say, "so you want to pay out of pocket to fix your car if something happens to it", I replied, "yes". We sat there in silence as he prepared the "paperwork" (one sheet of paper showing the coverage was canceled) This was on 11/8. My bank still hasn't received the funds or any documentation stating that the funds will be returned to them. I called Oscar on 11/17 and left a message for him, stating I have been in communication with my bank, and they haven't received anything. I asked Oscar to please call me back. Fast forward to today, 11/20, I called again today, and no one answered. The phone just kept going back to the greeting message. I will keep trying to ahold of someone and hope that they are able to answer my questions. I am very disappointed with the way they handled the finance portion of my experience... something that should have been so easy since I was pre-approved has turned out to be a major pain in the xxx. I bought this car new from Auto Nation Chandler and have serviced it there every time. I bought my son a new Honda at Auto Nation Tucson and loved the way I was treated a few years earlier so I went back to serviced it there every time. I bought my son a new Honda at Auto Nation Tucson and loved the way I was treated a few years earlier so I went back to Auto Nation for this car (Chandler this time). My battery died (after 3 years) and since it's a Hybrid I wasn't sure if it was just the Car battery, so I had it towed to the dealer. Let me also say that I live in the Casa Grande area and this dealer is a long way to take the car for an oil change or any service, but I did. I received coupons for service from them and have used the 25% off your next service (Parts, Service, Accessories) coupon before. The service rep. told me I just needed to replace the car battery but that my milage indicated that I needed a 4 wheel alignment and the injectors cleaned. He told me I could only used the coupon for one part of the service, Battery, alignment or injectors. I told him it reads 25% off your next service and that the last time I used a 25% off coupon I was give 25% off the entire service they recommended. He said they were told not to do this any more. When I reminded him the coupon said your next service and that he was the one that told me what service the vehicle needed he still refused to do anything like have the service manager talk to me etc. When Auto nation sent me a questionnaire about my service I rated them POOR. The rep. called me and we went over it again, still no reason for changing the coupon from "Your next service" to "One part of your next service". He said his manager would be contacting me. I told him I had called the manager, left a message but had not been contacted. He then offered to either give me a discount on my next service or refund more of my last service. I told him it was the principal and the way I was treated after purchasing a $40,000 Honda and having all service done there, not the money now. I have still never been contacted by the service manager or anyone from Auto Nation Management. We purchased our first new CR-V in 2018, my wife loved it so we purchased the Hybrid Model 3 years later and are planning to trade that one in for a new one next year. I will not however be using Auto Nation. More
I always get great service for my 2017 Honda CR-V at this dealership. Drop off and pick up is generally quick and easy. When my car needed a control arm replaced that they inadvertently ordered the wrong part for, he set me up with a brand-new Accord loaner car. When I returned to the dealership to pick up my repaired vehicle, my car had been washed and vacuumed! With service like that, I'll be a loyal customer! More

I drove in on a Friday evening the day after Thanksgiving, probably around 3:30 PM and they called out a service advisor. Anyone who was free and available. Tom or Thomas is his name and he came out to help me with a professional kind caring friendly demeanor. Explain that my tire was not holding air and there was nails or wire or something on the sidewall. I let him know that I had to get my tire fixed as I was leaving the next morning for CA. He said, don't worry we will get it fixed and he checked right away to see if there were tires in stock, and there was. Thomas was beyond patient. Experienced knowledgeable and explained everything. He kept in touch with me over the next hour and a half or so and when my car was ready, he came to talk with me and discussed my tire and they were able to fit in an oil change which I needed because my oil light was on. I just really appreciate him! He made a very stressful, upsetting situation, a wonderful and peaceful experience, and for that I am so grateful. I am so glad and thankful that Honda takes the time to hire such amazing employees like Tom.!! More
