Poor communication again and again, they assured but failed to keep up, but are quick to get back when a poor review is logged-why should a customer remind their job? Previously i had an issue with this dealer and switched to a different dealership for service. Because the extended warranty forced me back to this dealership to avoid the deductible I was not anticipatin to a different dealership for service. I was told that Honda EX does not come with the remote operated trunk I appreciate her. NOTE: I came with the tailgate issue for 2020 Honda CRV. I was told that Honda EX does not come with the remote operated trunk door although the key has a remote button, and due to this I was led to believe that the trunk will open remotely. The sales person misled me at the time of purchase. More
