After receiving a notice in the mail of a Recall on my Honda Passport, I read the notice carefully, and called my Autonation Honda dealership. I spoke to a person in the Service Department, who made an appointment with me to bring in my car for this safety recall. The Notice mailed to me said that it would take up-to two hours to complete, and being this car is my sole means of transportation, I could live with that. Upon arriving to Autonation Honda, and speaking with my Service Rep, I was told that instead of the two hour wait, it would 4-6 hours! I told her that the car was my only car, and asked her if I could be provided a complementary Loaner vehicle, and I was told she would contact me soon to set-up another dealership visit. It’s now been several weeks, and I haven’t been contacted for this safety recall. Disappointing! More

The finance services manager, Moe Faragallah, was very personable and very thorough in his explanation about what we were buying. We loved working with him as well. He took us to the service area and introduced us to the person we'd be working with and that's true professionalism. More
