Everyone was nice and did their best to help me. Got to dealership early and was greeted by a young lady and she checked me in and said she would get the service advisor (Joe Krizek). Joe came out and i told him i was there to get a recall taken care of and she checked me in and said she would get the service advisor (Joe Krizek). Joe came out and i told him i was there to get a recall taken care of but i also had a code on my car from Feb when i purchased the car which at the time they had no solution to take care of it.He explained it may take a long time to take care of it so i decided to just have the recall taken care of which he said would take about 1 and a half hours. Joe came in the waiting room about an hour and a half later and said both issues would be done in about an hour. Great job Joe!! More
