My sales associate, CJ, treated me in a very appreciative and welcoming manner and answered all of my questions. His sales colleague, Mitch, who joined us a little later only added to my insight as I was able to ask about things like paint colors and whether to get a leather or cloth interior to offset the hot Arizona sun and climate. Because of their guidance, my overall excitement about whether to get the car increased. Because of the commitment I felt they had toward me, I was able to get a deal for the car which fit my needs and circumstances. I was also impressed by AutoNation Honda Chandler's finance manager, Brandon, who put together my sales contract and suggested three inexpensive but valuable warranty supplement options. I came away feeling valued and protected going forward, by the entire AutoNation Honda Chandler customer service and warranty apparatus and Honda Corporation as a whole. Terrible post-sale customer service! After 3 days I had to move forward on my own because I needed a working vehicle. So disappointing compared with other AutoNation locations I've dealt with. More
