I prefer to visit Auto Nation Honda over the other Hondas in the area. Have had good experiences in the past with new car sales & services. This most recent visit for vehicle maintenance could have been b in the area. Have had good experiences in the past with new car sales & services. This most recent visit for vehicle maintenance could have been better. Service Advisor didn’t communicate well and failed to retrieve a voice message instructing him to commence with repairs. Called later that day and he said he was still waiting for me to give him the order to start the chosen repairs. Ended up just picking up the car without any work done. More
