I love Honda's. And this service department seems to be fine. However, my wife took our Accord in for a "noise" that was coming from the front of the car, and they And this service department seems to be fine. However, my wife took our Accord in for a "noise" that was coming from the front of the car, and they seemed to dismiss the issue and her rather blatantly. The sound is very distinct and audible, yet they came back to her saying, "we couldn't fine anything". Which tells me one of two things; either they can't find the issue, or do not care about it. Considering taking the car to another service department. If you need an oil change or a tire rotation, I think you're safe with these guys...but I don't have a lot of confidence otherwise. More

Purchased a 2020 honda pilot exl. I was told in writing that certain items were addressed at your dealer ship.The following is a list of what did not happen. 1. ( BUT YOU RESET THE OIL INDICATOR) 2. You did not change the brake fluid. 3. No water in the radiator over flow, and the radiator was not full. 4. No fluid in the window washer container. 5. I doubt the trans. was serviced (the trans. oil does not look new. 6. Eng. and cabin filters dirty. 7. In closing I doubt anything was done, including your 182-point vehicle check. 8. I have left 2 messages for Corey, one for Tim and one for the used car manager 9. As of 2:30pm today NO ONE has contacted me. 10. Just got off the phone with Vinh ( 3:45 ). Sent him pictures, he said he would take care of it. We are hopeful that everything will be taken care of the way we were told it was when we bought it. The paper work showed it all was done and he was not. Cannot recommend your dealership right now, until all work is done as specified. More
