Thank you Mr. Phillip Small for contacting us. However, we are disappointed in the resolution you suggested. Vihn assured us we would be reimbursed in the amount of 738.02. You, made it clear that Vihn did not have that authority. We then agreed on the amount of 369.01 to have been put in the mail to us on 8-4-23. As of today, we have not received the check and you have not responded to any messages or text messages left for you. We are of the opinion that your word is no better than Mr. Vihns. We would appreciate it if you would take care of this immediately per our conversation on 8-4-23 when you agreed to send us a check for 369.01. Mr. Walker
