Overall - good service - brought vehicle in for recall work - informed it would be +4 hours. Dealer provided ride home. Did not receive notification when the vehicle was ready. Don't waste your time with the "bots". Make sure you have the direct line of the service advisor and if you don't, push 0 to speak with a live person. My only complaint is that they had not washed the vehicle, but the service advisor took the vehicle and personally made sure it got washed. Shannon Key, the service advisor was excellent! More

Our salesman was great and nice and did a great job showing us the vehicle, answering questions, making the sale. Everything since then has been pretty awful. The finance manager doing the paperwork seemed to get very irritated and frustrated that I declined all the warranties offered. Not sure if it was personal or just incompetence, but he then sabotaged the rest of the paperwork. Our downpayment was withdrawn but not applied to the car loan. Just MIA until I called and complained that the loan and monthly payment was wrong. Took several days and calls to get the money back. And very difficult to get someone to answer the phone in finance. Then I never got the license plate and turns out the registration for the vehicle was never submitted to the AZ MVD. I had to call and complain again after the temporary license expired. Not two months later, the car didn't start. Turns out the car was never even added to their certified pre-owned warranty. Finance guy had messed up again or maybe something deeper going on here. I had to call and complain again. Had it towed to the dealership. They told me the battery was just drained and battery and all was perfectly fine. Car didn't start again when I tried to leave the dealership. What? They just jumped it again and told me to just buy a new battery, even though they just told me the battery was fine. I would be very careful buying a car here. More
