This started as such a great experience. Mike realized that the original size for new tires was wrong - and moved to get the right tires. That where the positive experience stopped. After nearly 3 hours of waiting for two tires to be installed, I found out it took them 2 hours to determine they did not have two tires of the correct size. That meant they had to get one more tire and after nearly 3.5 hours, my car had two new tires. Horrible communication. This is why I typically use another venue for my car maintenance. I talked to another couple waiting nearly 6.5 hours for routine maintenance and tire alignment. More

I had my husband take my brand new 2023 Honda Odyssey to fix the front windshield weather stripping that is inside the vehicle as it popped out from the front dashboard. My husband relayed that he did return to show the service rep, David Nagel, that it was not fixed properly and you could still see the strip sticking out. The response was that they did not remove the windshield to fix it properly. He told him to disregard the look as this is standard with all Hondas. More
