Service writer Tom was great Service timely, the free car wash was awful looked like it was never wiped down. Had to have it redone elsewhere. Oil change lite (wrench) came on. Mileage 1200 miles, 2015 CRV. Service man said SDC fluid need change, brake fluid change, replace tires and four wheel align, fuel injector service Mileage 1200 miles, 2015 CRV. I love my Passport! I recently had to bring it into service for recalls and issue with car play. Kyle Milner was my service advisor and he is great. He is very pleasant to deal with and represents dealership well. I can’t say the same for for others in service department. I was offered loaner when it came available. Long story short, I had to keep calling to see when loaner was available since I was told I was next in line. I spoke with acting service manager (forgot his name) over Memorial Day and he was abrasive and told me to take my vehicle elsewhere to be serviced. I didn’t realize he then removed my name from loaner list and told Kyle I was taking my car to Tempe for service. I reached out to service manager and he never returned my call so I went to dealership to speak with GM. I spoke with sales manager (I believe his name was Phil) and he spoke with service manager and I was able to get loaner. My vehicle is still not fixed so apple car play doesn’t work. Waiting on another loaner currently. Again, the service departments upper management really needs customer service training. I have recommended the dealership several times but not sure I would in future. More
My experience was Good Not great. I had to bring in my car for a service. I was not informed that the shuttle will not have actual times to leave and return so I was 25 minutes late t I had to bring in my car for a service. I was not informed that the shuttle will not have actual times to leave and return so I was 25 minutes late to work. However other than that everyone was nice and courteous. The issue I'm having with my car is somewhat resolved so not entirely happy. I would come back because it's definitely better service than Right Honda of Scottsdale. More
