We went in with a good idea of what we were looking for. Mike Menner was wonderful to work with. We are completely turned off by high energy, aggressive sales people and Mike was the perfect person for us Mike Menner was wonderful to work with. I have been driving Hondas since 1992 and never had a complaint regarding customer service. Recently, I purchased a new 2022 Honda Passport from AutoNation Honda (Chandler). Initially, the sales process complaint regarding customer service. Recently, I purchased a new 2022 Honda Passport from AutoNation Honda (Chandler). Initially, the sales process was fairly easy. However, once I signed on the dotted line and needed subsequent assistance with my plates, I have been ghosted by the salesperson (Carl) and the sales manager (Ahmet). Additionally, the trim on my moonroof is not adhering to the window frame and I took my vehicle in to be serviced. I was never addressed by my name. Instead, Mike B. repeatedly addressed me as "ma'am." The part that is needed for my car was supposed to be in four days ago. Yet, no one has contacted me with any updates. The dealership I had a relationship with in Illinois (Napleton Honda River Oaks) made me feel like a valued customer. The service technicians addressed me by name, were in constant communication with me, and represented the Honda brand. As well, I had the same mechanic (Lee) for nearly 30 years. While I do not regret purchasing another Honda, I hate I gave this establishment my business! More
I would have rated this dealership higher, the service advisor was fine but I was charged for windshield washer fluid that I know was already full and all other dealerships I have been to it is part of th advisor was fine but I was charged for windshield washer fluid that I know was already full and all other dealerships I have been to it is part of the multipoint inspection, my fault for not looking at the bill. I went to this dealership because I was not happy with previous dealership, that did not respond to my reviews. Customer service does not seem to matter anymore. More
It was amazing to get an appointment on the same day I called. My service advisor was professional, courteous, and efficient. Also, I was in and out in just one hour. I was treated with respect and did not feel pressured. My only complaint was the process took too long. I decided quickly and still was there nearly four hours. I will pick up my car In a few days. The people our great, the service is thorough and costs are reasonable. It did take longer than I was expecting because it was a quick lube. But I did and an inspection and tire rotation.
